ThermoSOLV Protein Thermal Stability Kit

ThermoSOLV is a protein thermal stability screening kit — a fluorescence-based assay that identifies buffer formulations maximizing the thermal stability of your protein sample. Formerly known as OptiTherm, ThermoSOLV is now exclusively available from Stable Biologics.

Using a standard Q-PCR instrument, ThermoSOLV screens 90 formulations in a 96-well format in just a few hours, measuring the midpoint of thermal denaturation (Tm) for each condition. Simply mix your protein with TFluor dye and each formulation, run a temperature scan from 25°C to 90°C, and identify the formulation that delivers the highest Tm.

ThermoSOLV is available in two versions:
